ConnectChildcare Enterprise
Our ConnectChildcare Enterprise edition has been developed to ease the data analyisis and day to day management of the very largest of Nursery Chains, Childrens Centres and Local Authorities. By it's very nature ConnectChildcare Enterprise allows unlimited concurrent access from hundreds of machines across hundreds of sites with no impact on database speed or performance. Similarly to our Professional Edition, it's been developed from the ground up to take full advantage of Microsoft SQL Server database technology, which ensures unlimited concurrent users can access relevant and timely data when they want, from where they want in the organisation. The major difference between the two packages is that our Enterprise edition is a completely unlimited system whilst Professional is limited to 5 concurrent users. Once again, simple system configuration allows directors and senior management to see key financial and operational performance for the group as a whole, whilst Site Managers and users have access to their own area of control, with passwords and log-ins restricting access to sensitive information. The system works by installing ConnectChildcare and Microsoft .SQL server 2003 on your server, with each remote site connected through a virtual network over a broadband connection. This enables group data to be stored in one place, easing data backup and analysis, whilst each remote user views only a restricted part of the program.
